ABOUT ME
Hi! My name is Solveig Christianson and this is Elskan Birth Wellness.

I am a DONA certified birth doula, and have supported a wide range births from unmedicated home birth, to hospital VBAC. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and certification in Infant Mental Health from The University of Utah and I love sharing my knowledge of all things wellness and birth.

I felt called to birth work and have loved every minute caring for families in this transformative time! I love all things yoga, film, nutrition, and fresh air.

BIRTH WORK
A doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to their client before, during, and after childbirth. In my practice I strive to advocate for parents, educate them on their health and how it changes during this time, and provide a space for all the feelings that birth brings to the surface.

Services
Holistic Pregnancy and Birth Support
This will include an interview to discuss your specific care needs, 2-3 prenatal meetings, labor and delivery support, and 1 postpartum visit. In addition I will connect you to resources, educational materials, and other perinatal providers.

Birth planning and Postpartum
Want to talk through options, ideas, and advice for birth and postpartum? I can help! This will include an in depth birth planning session, postpartum planning, and 1 postpartum care visit.
$450 total cost
